Why did the customer contact us?
Customer called in looking to do a tub-to-shower conversion. He originally had just a tub and wanted to have a walk-in shower instead. It had become hard to take a bath for the customer and he wanted something more accessible.
Solutions provided:
We were able to take care of the customer and convert their old tub into a walk-in shower. The walk-in shower is much more accessible and includes a shower seat and assorted grab bars as well as shelving for soaps.
