Why did the customer contact us?
Customer contacted us after seeing some of the different bath remodeling posts on our Facebook page. They were wanting to do a tub-to-shower conversion, which means taking the old tub out, making the wet area just a walk-in shower. The homeowner was looking to do this for safety reasons and to overall make their shower experience better.
Solutions provided:
We were able to successfully update and upgrade the customers old tub/shower combo and convert it into a walk-in shower. The customer was thrilled the way the conversion turned out, saying that it will be much easier to get in and out of the shower. The homeowner will definitely consider Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling in the future for their next project.
