Why did the customer contact us?
Customer was looking to have 7 windows remodeled along with having their back patio door replaced. Both the windows and patio door were original to the home, having needed to be replaced for many years. The current windows in the home were single pane windows, which are some the least energy efficient windows you can have on your home in this current age.
Solutions provided:
We were able to replace the customer's older windows with brand new KHPP windows along with a brand new patio door. The customer stated that they could instantly feel the difference in their home after all the new windows were put in. Replacing older windows like they had can lead to lower energy bills over time since less colder air is coming in through the older windows. The customer was thrilled by the job our installers did.
