Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after seeing one of our ads in the Pittsburgh Tribune Review newspaper. The customer was looking to replace two doors on their home in the front of their house. One of these doors (the main entry door) had sidelites with it while the other door was a very heavy steel industrial door. Both of these doors had storm doors with them, which the homeowners also were looking to upgrade as well.

Solutions provided:

Our installers Ben and Josh worked very hard for 2 days installing both entry doors and storm doors. The homeowner loved their new doors, especially their new door with storm door by the garage. With their previous door they had there, no light would come in since it was a solid metal now. Now, the homeowner could instantly notice more sunlight coming into the house. The customer was so thrill by the job our installers, which included their professionalism and spotless cleanup on the job.
