Why did the customer contact us?
Previous customer of Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling, who we had installed doors and windows for in the past, reached out to us about replacing their old bathtub. The customer wanted to do a Tub-to-Shower conversion, replacing their old bathtub with a walk-in shower. Though we normally do conversions with tub/shower combos, we have converted just a bathtub over to a walk-in shower.
Solutions provided:
Our installers were able to give our previous customer exactly what they wanted, a tub-to-shower conversion. Now, the customer no longer has to struggle to take a bath and can just walk into their shower area without having to climb over anything. The customer was thrilled about the work and will definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again for anymore projects they have.
