Why did the customer contact us?
Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. looking to remodel their wet space in their bathroom. They wanted to turn their old tub/shower combo into a walk-in shower, something in the industry that we call a tub-to-shower conversion. The homeowner wanted to have a more modern bathing area that was easy to access and without having to step over an old tub to take a shower.
Solutions provided:
Our installers were successful in converting the customer's old tub/shower combo into a walk-in shower. The new walk-in shower is much more modern and safer than the previous tub/shower combo, making it way easier for the customer to get into and out of the shower because of the lower threshold of the walk-in shower. The customer was thrilled with the results of their installation.
