Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after seeing our many posts on Facebook about the tremendous work we do on installations, especially in bathroom remodeling. The customer was interested in doing a tub-to-shower conversion, a remodel we have highlighted many times before on our Facebook page. The homeowner was looking to make it easy to get in and out of the shower since they no longer really used the bathtub. This is a practical measure for people who are getting older and want better accessibility in the bath and shower area.

Solutions provided:

Over the course of a couple of days, our installers were successful in converting the customer's old tub/shower combo into a walk-in shower. This walk-in shower is complete with a low threshold making it easier to get in and out of the shower, no longer having to step over that older tub. The customer was so thrilled about the work our installers and with Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling that they have become on of our biggest fans on Facebook!
