Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling looking to upgrade their current tub/shower combo unit. Though most of our customers like to take the tub out and just have a shower when they are replacing their tub/shower combo, this customer wanted to keep their unit as a tub/shower combo. The homeowner was more interested in having an up-to-date and modern tub/shower combo than replacing the whole unit with just a shower.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to swap out and replace the customer's older tub/shower combo for a brand new tub/shower combo unit. For this customer we added a few new shelving units inside the shower as well as high shower walls than what the homeowner previous had in their shower. The customer loved the work of our installers and will definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again in the future for any other home improvement projects.
