Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling looking to remodel their current walk-in shower on their home in Greensburg. They were a previous customer of ours from over a decade before when we installed siding on their home, at this time our offices were still in our original Mount Pleasant location. For this remodel, the customer wanted to keep the shower as a shower but make the shower more spacious than the shower they previous had in their bathroom. They also wanted us to replace the window in their bathroom as well to a brand new window.

Solutions provided:

Over the course of two days on the job, our installers were able to completely replace and install the customer's walk-in shower and new bathroom window. Unlike their previous walk-in shower, this shower has much more space than the previous unit they had. Their new shower door is a sliding shower door, unlike their previous unit that had a shower door that swung out. The customer was thrilled by the work of our installers and praised them throughout their time on the jobsite.
