Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling thru Facebook after seeing one of the many different posts we have on our page. The customer was looking to get a shower remodel complete for their mother, who was having trouble stepping over the tub. They currently had a tub/shower combo, which was original to the home that was over 50 years old. The customer wanted to change the bath setup up over to a walk-in shower.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to do a tub-to-shower conversion for the customer over the course of several days at the home in Greensburg. The new walk-in shower we installed is much more safer than their previous tub/shower combo since now the homeowner will no longer have to set over the old tub to take a shower. We also added grab bars to the shower for extra safety for the homeowner.
