Why did the customer contact us?

Customer met Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling at the Mount Pleasant Glass & Ethnic Festival in the fall of 2022. The festival takes less than a mile from Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling's original location on main street in Mount Pleasant. The customer was looking to replace and upgrade their existing swing patio door. The current swing patio door was very old and was hard to open for the customer. They were looking to keep it as a swing patio door, just upgrade to a brand new version of a swing patio door.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to replace and install a brand new ProVia swing patio door for the customer in Plum in just one day on the jobsite. The new swing patio door is very much like their previous swing patio door that they had on their home, except this swing patio door will functionally open for the customer unlike the very old swing patio door they had before. The customer was thrilled by the work that our installers did and how efficient they worked on the swing patio door.
