Why did the customer contact us?

Customer met Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling at the 2022 Fort Ligonier Days in Ligonier, PA. This event brings people from not only Westmoreland County, but across the tri-state area to the Ligonier area to celebrate the fort's great history. This customer was looking to replace 7 windows in their home in Scottdale, PA. They wanted to get the windows in the front of their house replaced first, with windows ranging from 3 Section Sliders to small customized windows that needed to be replaced.

Solutions provided:

This was a very unique job for our installers to complete. The customer wanted to have the trim on the outside of their windows built out a bit to look a bit more fancy. Though we do not do this for most of our window projects, we were able to do it for this customer in Scottdale. This caused the job to take an extra day, but the results of the new windows were beautiful. The homeowner was so impressed and thrilled by the work of our certified installers that they signed up to get the rest of their windows completed by Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling while we were putting in their new windows.
