Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after seeing one of our many ads in the Pittsburgh Tribune Review, a newspaper where we were voted Top Home Remodeler in Westmoreland County for the past 3 years. This customer however was located in Allegheny County, Wexford to be exact. Despite our home base being Westmoreland, we have done hundreds of different jobs in Allegheny County over the years. The homeowner was looking to change over the front entry door with sidelites to double doors for the entrance of their home. Though we do not often do door conversion for customers, it is in the scope of the work that Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling can do for a customer.

Solutions provided:

In just one day on the jobsite, our installers were able to convert the customer's entrance way from a entry door with sidelites to a brand new ProVia Double Door. The new Double Doors will give the customer a much bigger opening to their home, making it much more welcoming to any guests they have over to their home in Wexford. We are also installing a back patio door for the customer, which we will be installing for them soon with the same certified installers.
