Why did the customer contact us?

A previous customer of Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling contacted us about doing another home improvement project for them. We had previous installed windows for the customer many years before. This time the customer wanted to change out their older tub/shower combo in their bathroom to a walk-in shower, which is called a tub-to-shower conversion. This conversion eliminates the bathtub and makes the wet space just a shower that the homeowner can walk right in without having to step over that old tub, which can be quite high for some people to step over to take a shower. The tub-to-shower conversion eliminates stepping over the tub completely.

Solutions provided:

After a few days on the jobsite, our installers were able to complete the tub-to-shower conversion for the customer. For this new walk-in shower, the customer picked a few different accessories to be added to this new shower. They added multiple shelving units and a custom shower head that can be used as a hand held since it comes with a extended hose. We also installed a shower seat for the customer, which will allow them to sit down while they take a shower if they want to do so.
