Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after seeing one of our monthly ads in the Clipper Magazine, a mailer that goes out to different areas in Western Pennsylvania. The customer was looking to replace their current tub/shower combo in their main bathroom. They wanted to do a walk-in shower, changing out the tub/shower combo for a walk-in shower is called a tub-to-shower conversion, which is a very common remodel in the home improvement industry.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to give the customer the walk-in shower of their dreams! The customer wanted to make their new shower bigger than their previous tub/shower combo, which required extra work from our installers but it is something Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling can do for a customer. In addition to the extended new walk-in shower, we also installed multiple shelving units along with grab bars, which will add additional safety for the customer along with the lower entrance threshold for the shower. The customer was very happy with the work of the Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling installers and will definitely recommend us to anyone looking for a new shower in Westmoreland County.
