Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after we referred by a family friend who had work done by us many years before. The customer was looking to have 10 windows replaced in their home, which was very old and built in the 1940's. The old windows were original to the home and were the older, wooden double hung windows that were used a lot on homes during the 1940's and 1950's. The customer was looking to upgrade to modern, double hung windows.

Solutions provided:

Despite struggling with removing the older, wooden windows on the home that was close to 80 years old, our installers were able to replace all 10 windows that the customer was looking to replace in a day and a half on the jobsite. Our installers worked tirelessly to get the older windows out and put the brand new ProVia windows installed on the home in Irwin. Most of the windows we installed were double hung windows. We installed a picture window for the customer in the front of the home. The customer was very thrilled by our work and will be getting doors installed by Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling shortly.
