Why did the customer contact us?

Previous customer of Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling called into our office looking to get another home improvement project done by our company on their home in Scottdale, which is in Westmoreland County. The customer previously had windows installed by our company more than a decade before. This time the customer was looking to upgrade their current tub/shower combo unit to something more modern. They wanted to keep it as a tub/shower combo and not change it to a walk-in shower, which some of our customers do.

Solutions provided:

After several days on the jobsite for our installers, we were able to give our previous customers a beautiful new tub/shower combo in their bathroom. Unlike their previous tub/shower combo, the new upgraded version comes were much more safety features including a grab bar. We also added shelving units in each corner of the tub/shower combo. The customer was very happy with the work of our installers and will definitely to continue to use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling for any new home improvement projects in the future.
