Why did the customer contact us?

Customer met Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling at our booth at the 2023 Pittsburgh Auto Show, where we have had a booth set up since the show returned from the pandemic in 2022. They were looking to have multiple windows replaced on their home in Wexford. They wanted to replace windows throughout the first floor and second floor, some that were very large windows. They also wanted to do a window conversion for one of their windows, which is when you replace an old window with a different style of window than before.

Solutions provided:

After having to overcome some unforeseen obstacles removing the old windows on this home that the installers don't normally come across, we were able to install multiple beautiful new ProVia windows for the homeowner in Wexford! Our installers replaced windows on both the first and second, matching pretty much the same windows the customer had before with their brand new windows. The one big window change that the customer made was on the side of the house in the dining room, where we converted consecutive double hung windows, three double hung windows to be exact, and converted it to one big picture window. The customer was very happy with our installers work and will definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again in the future.
