Why did the customer contact us?
Previous customer of Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling called in looking to have some additional work done on their home in Greensburg. They had previously had work done by our company all the way back in 2005. This time around the previous customer was looking to get windows replaced on their home in Greensburg. A majority of the windows they wanted to replace were double hung style windows.
Solutions provided:
Our installers were able to complete the previous customer's new windows in about a day and a half on the jobsite. We replaced the customer's older double hung windows with brand new double hung windows from ProVia. The customer was very happy with the work of our installers. They are also going to have a front door and storm door installed by Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling along with brand new siding on their home in Greensburg as well!

Darrell and April really helped me out. I bought new windows from Mt. Pleasant Window and they did a great install. However, one arrived broken from delivery.
