Why did the customer contact us?

Customer came into contact with Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling at the Indiana Home & Garden Show, which was in the Spring of 2023 on the campus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The customer was interested in getting one of their showers in their home in Irwin remodeled. The shower they currently had was an older fiberglass shower that was simply out-of-date and not as functional as a more modern shower. They also wanted to make their new shower more safer than their previous fiberglass shower.

Solutions provided:

We were able to install exactly what the customer had in mind for their new shower by our certified bath installers. For the new shower, the customer chose to go with additional grab bars and other safety measures such as a lower threshold when entering the shower. They also chose to add a bench seat to the shower, which was not a feature in their previous shower. The customer chose to go with a more permanent bench seating instead of one that can fold in the shower. Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling was able to give the customer a more safe and secure shower in their home in Irwin, one that will last them for years.
