Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window looking to have a home improvement project completed on their home. They were referred to our company by one of our many previous customers who had windows and doors installed by us. This customer was also looking to have a window replaced, a bay window. They were looking to replace their current bay window with a bay window that was more modern and stylish.

Solutions provided:

In just one day on the jobsite in Mount Pleasant, our installers were able to replace the old bay window and install a brand new bay window for the customer. Unlike their previous bay window, the customer chose to go with a white bay window instead of a darker colored one. The customer absolutely loved their new bay window and so did their cat as well! They were so happy with the work of our installers that the customer did a testimonial video for our company highlighting how thrilled they were with our installers workmanship and professionalism.
