Why did the customer contact us?

Previous customer of Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling located near our original headquarters in Mount Pleasant reached out to our company about doing another home improvement project for them. We had previous installed windows for this previous customer almost 20 years ago when we were still located in Mount Pleasant. This time the customer from Mount Pleasant was looking to get their older patio door replaced. The patio door they had was over 50 years old and really needed to be finally upgraded.

Solutions provided:

In just one day on the jobsite in Mount Pleasant, our installers were able to replace the previous customer's 50+ year old patio door and installed a brand new patio door from ProVia. This brand new patio door is a lot more stylish and modern than their previous patio door, which had the older style grinds in it that was common for patio doors from that time period in the 1970's. The customer absolutely loved the work our installers did and our installers even showed them how to work the door, which our installers do with every customer when the install is completed.
