Why did the customer contact us?
Customer met Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling at our both at the Mon Valley Home Show at the Rostraver Ice Garden (now known officially as the CFS Bank Event Center) in Belle Vernon. They were also past customers of our company from our company when we installed windows for them two years prior. This time around, the customer was looking to do a tub-to-shower conversion in their bathroom, which entails taking out the old tub/shower and leaving the customer with just a walk-in shower.
Solutions provided:
Our installers were able to give the customer exactly what they were looking for in a tub-to-shower conversion. We installed additional grab bars and shelves in this new walk-in shower unlike what they had in their previous shower. Also, the customer chose to go with a shower door, which some of our customers like to have with their new walk-in shower but it is not a required for the customer. They absolutely loved their new walk-in shower and would definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again on their home in West Newton.
