Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after being referred by one of our many previous customers. This customer was looking to get some of the windows replaced in their house, mainly in the basement area of the home where they had a bedroom. The customer had recently moved into the office within the past few years and wanted to upgrade this basement area to provide more airflow into this area. In total, they wanted 4 windows replaced including in their upstairs bathroom.

In just one day on the jobsite, our installers were able to replace and install 4 brand new windows for the customer in Greensburg. These new slider windows from ProVia are easy to use and will allow the customer to open the windows enough to allow airflow into their basement. The customer was super thrilled with how everything turned out with the windows. We will also be doing a bathroom remodel for the customer next!
