Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after seeing one of our work vehicles for installation in their area installing for one of our many customers. This customer was looking to get seven windows replaced on their home in Mount Pleasant, where are company was originally founded in 1975. They were dealing with drafting issues from their old windows and wanted to upgrade their windows before winter showed up, which can be brutal at times in this area.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to replace and install seven brand new ProVia windows for the customer in Mount Pleasant in just one day on the job. The job was a little bit bigger of a window project than most as the customer also had us replace some siding on their home as well. The customer chose to go with brand new double hung windows as well as new slider windows, keeping the same aesthetics that they had previously on their home in Mount Pleasant. They were very happy with the results of the project and will definitely recommend Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling to anyone in the future!
