Why did the customer contact us?
Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after seeing one of our many different ads in the Pittsburgh Tribune Review newspaper, a publication we have been advertising in for years. This customer was looking to get most of their windows replaced but wanna to focus on their patio enclosure area first, a very special place for the homeowner as they like to spend a lot of their time in the warm months out there.
Solutions provided:
Since this job was a little more complex than most, our installers spent two days on the jobsite putting these brand new ProVia windows in this patio enclosure. The reason for the extra day was due to the fact that our certified installers had to frame in some of the windows in the enclosure since the original wood in the enclosure was pretty old. The new windows in the patio enclosure turned out beautiful. The customer was very happy with the work of our installers and will have Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling finish the rest of the Greensburg home's windows when the time comes.

Darrell and April really helped me out. I bought new windows from Mt. Pleasant Window and they did a great install. However, one arrived broken from delivery.
