Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after being referred to our company by one of our many past customers. This previous customer was their friend who had windows installed by our company a year prior in 2022. This customer wanted to install a brand new entry door installed for the front of their home in Greensburg. They currently had an entry door with a storm door attached to the door. This time for their new door, they just wanted an entry door.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able replace and install a brand new ProVia entry door for the customer in Greensburg in just one day on the jobsite. The customer chose to go with a similar entry door to what they previously had which was a black color door on the exterior and white on the interior. This new door really pops with the rest of the home, making it a very welcoming entrance for the homeowners. The customer was very happy with the work of our installers and will refer Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling to any individual in the area looking for home improvement projects to be completed.
