Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after seeing one of our ads in the Catholic Accent Magazine, which is distributed to local Catholic parishioners in Westmoreland and surrounding counties like Fayette County that are in the Greensburg Diocese. This customer was looking to replace 16 windows in their home in Connellsville. The windows in their home were starting to fail and experience drafting issues. These windows were casement style windows, which they wanted to keep with their new windows.

Given the size of this job and the amount of windows we were installing for the customer, our installers took two days to install the brand new 16 ProVia windows for the customer in Connellsville. The customer went with similar type of windows as before with their original windows, giving them brand new casement windows that function a lot more soundly than the casement windows they had in their home in Connellsville previously. The homeowner was absolutely thrilled by the work and craftsmanship of our installers and would definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again for their next home improvement project.
