Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after doing research online about local remodeling companies that did bathroom remodeling in the Greensburg area. This customer was looking to do remove their old tub out of their tub/shower combo and have just a walk-in shower. We call this process a tub-to-shower conversion, which leaves just a low barrier walk-in shower for the customer. This helps make it safer for the homeowner to get in and out of the shower without having to step over a tub that they are no longer using.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to do a beautiful tub-to-shower conversion for the customer in Greensburg. The customer chose to go with only one grab bar in this shower when they had the option for an additional bar. They did chose a special shower head for their new walk-in shower, which is an option all of our bathroom remodeling customers can pick from. The customer was very happy with the work of our installers and would definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again for their future projects.
