Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after being referred to our company by one of our many previous customers. This customer was looking to replace some of their windows on their home in Greensburg. The windows they had were original to the house and were starting to become more drafty, raising heating bills. They wanted a window that was more energy efficient and that can withstand the harsh winters that happen in Greensburg and the surrounding area of Western PA.

Our certified installers were able to replace and install brand new ProVia windows for the customer in Greensburg in just one day on the jobsite. Some of these windows were very large to replace, resulting in a lot of teamwork by our installers with this window job in Greensburg. The customer was very pleased with how the new windows turned out. They were equally impressed by the professionalism and craftsmanship of all of our installers. The customer stated they will contact Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again if and when they need additional work done on their home in Greensburg.
