Why did the customer contact us?

Customer got in contact with Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after meeting one of our show & event representatives at the 2023 Fort Ligonier Days in Ligonier, PA. This customer was looking to do a remodeling project in their bathroom, more specifically their bath/shower area for their home in Greensburg. They wanted to take their old tub/shower combo and convert it into just a walk-in shower. In the home improvement industry, we call this a tub-to-shower conversion.

Solutions provided:

Our certified bath installers were able to take out the old tub/shower combo and install a brand new walk-in shower for their home in Greensburg. For their new walk-in shower, they added a sliding, shower door to their space, something that they did not have with their old tub/shower combo. Though this is not a mandatory feature for bath remodeling projects, this door gives some customers a better sense of security while being in the shower. The customer loved their new shower space in their home in Greensburg and will definitely recommend Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling to anyone looking to get a project done.
