Why did the customer contact us?
Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after doing extensive research on Google about local home remodeling companies that did work in their area. These customers were looking to not only replace their front entry door, but also a window right next to their door as well. Both products were experiencing drafting issues and were out of style compared to today's window and doors.
Solutions provided:
Our installers were able to replace and install a brand new ProVia entry door along with a window in just one day on the jobsite. The customers chose to go with an entry door that has a big piece of glass in it, unlike their previous entry door that had no glass at all. This will allow for more natural sunlight to come into their home in New Kensington. They will also experience no more drafts from their new window. The customers were very happy with the work of our installers and will definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again in the future.
