Mount pleasant windows is a very easy company to work with! We had windows installed by them last year and as a whole we have been impressed with the product. We have already seen a decrease in our energy consumption last year vs. this year. We had a small issue with one window and Darrell from their service team was very helpful in getting the issue resolved and in the end it was a perfect fit. April worked to get the part ordered and scheduled in a timely manor and they both have been very nice to work with. Highly recommend this company!
