• Comment: Joe and Charlie just installed a new sliding glass door for us. They were very nice and appeared to do a good job installing the door and screen. After they left we were trying to open the screen and noticed it appeared to be installed incorrectly and the weather strip wasn’t fully attached. We called and spoke to a different Joe who said a technician would be out the following Tuesday between 8-12. At 11:20 we called and spoke to a female who was of no help and seemed confused on the actual location of our records and the Joe who arranged the technician. Not sure why she is handling incoming phone calls… Joe called back and claimed he dropped the ball and forgot to arrange for the technician to come out. So now we are waiting for the Joe who installed the door to come out sometime after 3 today to adjust the screen and fix the weather strip. Please keep in mind our check was cashed immediately.
