• Comment: After a month of researching different companies, I decided to contact Mt Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. to get a quote and a better scope of what I was needing to do. I had 3 wooden entry doors replaced that was original with my 1961 home. I opted to purchase 3 steel decorative PROVIA doors with PROVIA full glass storm doors to match. All the measurements were taken and I was given a quote and had the work scheduled. I was excited to get a call from Josh that my order had come in early and that they would be able to install it the next day. On day 1 of the installation, Josh, Brandon, and Michelle were on the installation crew that day and I was amazed at how quickly they were able to install the entry doors. It was nothing short of amazing. This job wasn't easy, especially on an older home but they were extremely thorough, and professional, and still took the time to not only answer any question I had but to keep me updated on all of the progress. Day 2 of the installation focused on the storm doors. Josh, Brandon, Joe, Charlie, and Dave were all part of the crew on that day. Again, the experience was nothing short of incredible. They had to fabricate on site and had to endure poor weather conditions but they still finished installing all 3 storm doors which completed the job in just 2 days! I can't recommend this company enough and a large portion of that all goes to the installers. They are all fantastic at what they do and they truly care. Thank you all for everything, I absolutely love my doors!
