We called Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. and April looked up our original file from 2016. Within 5 minutes she had ordered the exact panes we needed replaced. When the replacements were ready, April called us to schedule a date that was convenient for us.
Darrell arrived on the installation date, took out each defective pane and installed a new one. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. My wife and I were impressed!
We highly recommend Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. We are extremely satisfied with their customer service. Thank you, April and Darrell! -
