• Comment: We purchased a new entry door from Mt Pleasant Window a few years back. The quality of the door and service we received from order to installation was outstanding!
  
  I called a few days ago to obtain a new cylinder for the door's deadbolt. April Leasure, the Service Dep't Manager, helped me through this process and was wonderful! April was knowledgeable about the product, patient, understanding, and was very good about keeping me informed via phone calls and emails every step of the way.
  
  I received the correct part the very next day as she promised.
