• Comment: ***** ***** and **** did a "Great" job with the installation of a bay window and double hung window. No complaints with the installers. Our only complaint is why when we ordered 2x2 grates for the 2 double hung bay window and after approximately three phone calls, the windows came with 2x3 grates. Not what we ordered. We are keeping them since the new grates would have to be reordered, then wait for them to come in and then have someone drive 1.5 hours to our home to reinstall. Other than that we are satisfied with the look of the windows and the installers. *********** ***
