- Comment: I would like to thank your company for their excellent customer service. We purchased a door several years ago and when we recently saw that the outside lock mechanism was dis colored and peeling we contacted the company. Anthony immediately took action. A completely new lock system was installed yesterday with no cost and no hassle. Thank you to Anthony and the great people at Mt. Pleasant Window. We are a customer forever!👍
