• Comment: Mt Pleasant windows windows for me several years ago and I was very happy with the outcome. When it came time to upgrade my porch windows they were the first company that I called.
  I was initially impressed with the communications that I received from Mike. He answered all questions quickly and went beyond what normal salespersons would do. Because of my schedule most of my questions took place after "Normal" business hours. I was very surprised to have them answered almost immediately instead of the next day or several days later like some companies that I dealt with. He took the time to explain all options, and discussed the different possibilities.
  What was also a great experience was finding out that everybody in the company had the same professional attitude. From Heather and Rachel in the office, To Rich & Casey in the pre design phrase. I was even contacted by Patrick the owner to ensure that I was completely satisfied. When the pre installers (Rich) arrived he took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and expected during the installation. He listen to us and gave advice when asked. Although we were expecting a 6-8 week wait to get the windows installed they arrived in less than 4. I was totally surprised when Heather called to tell me that they were in and ready to be installed.
  Although I do not remember the names of the installers they were quite professional also. They arrived at the prescribed time, and went right to work. They discussed the steps that they would be taking and did a fantastic job. The difference in the appearance of the house was breathtaking. The job that they did was indeed noteworthy.
  When discussing the project with Mike and Rich we initially did not want the inside of the porch finished because we were planning on doing the paneling ourselves. After the fact and after seeing how nice the outside looked we decided to have the trim done on the inside also.
  Mike as usual was understanding and very helpful. Patrick also gave us some advice on the best method of accomplishing our end goal. Heather was very helpful in setting up the install to meet our schedules. Rich and Casey arrived on time and once again Rich demonstrated his dedication to the company with a "can do" attitude. His professionalism is beyond reproach.
  There was no one that I dealt with in the company that did not show a commitment and "Loyalty" to the company and the customer they wanted to serve. I have to say that to inspire this much in his staff, Patrick must be doing something right.
  To summarize, the company demonstrated a true desire to satisfy their customers. A desire that was proven to continue even after the sale was over.
