What fantastic customer service! My double pane sliding door just suddenly cracked, spider-web cracks covered the entire door. I was so upset and called as soon as this happened. I spoke with the manager Anthony, who was so courteous and professional, and he helped me immediately. I told him what happened, sent some pictures, and he ordered me a new door as soon as we had hung up.
Now that’s what I call a five star business!! -
