We are extreamly pleased and satisfied with the professional approach to solving the replacement of all 11 windows in our home. From the first call into your office to arranging the project with Arian on April 25, 2017 I realized we were in "Good Hands". His explanation of the project, product, and installment left no surprise which is very comforting to a first-time customer.

Replacement began the morning of October 2, 2017 at Ligonier, PA. By the end of the first day all the windows were replaced. On October 3, 2017 the finalization of the inside and outside moldings was applied. Both installers Jim and Rich worked diligently, professionally and courtesy throughout the project. Each work area was cleaned as the window was replaced securely. Not one speck of old wood, metal or glass remained inside or outside the house. Outside bushes (in front of the window) were not harmed in any way shape or form.

We cannot express enough praise for the outstanding service provided to us during those two days. We HIGHLY recommend Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Company to anyone seeling to replace their windows or any project provide to homeowners. This Spring we plan to replace our sunroom windows.
