Mount Pleasant Window and Remodeling did a fantastic job from start to finish. Tom, the project manager, kept excellent communication the entire time, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. He is also great with craftsmanship as he was the one who had to help with the remodel of the room. When something unexpected came up, they handled it quickly and did a really solid job repairing it without any hassle. Joe and Charlie And the window crew. They did an outstanding job on the windows and door — everything looks great and was installed with real care. A big shout-out also goes to William and his crew for the beautiful siding work. It turned out better than we expected and they were professional the whole way through. The entire company is top-notch. They truly don’t stop until you’re completely satisfied. Highly recommend them! It was definitely a pleasant experience. They made me feel like they took care of me as if I was family.

Above all, what I appreciate about Mt. Pleasant is that they treated us with compassion, patience, and respect. Right after we ordered our window, we went through an unexpected personal hardship that set us back financially. I was devastated and embarrassed that we had to delay our installation, but the team treated us with understanding and respect, and they never penalized us. That feels rare in a world that is all too often fueled by profit. When our installation day finally arrived, it was a dream come true, and the team matched our excitement. They were friendly and entertained our constant gawking. They even let us pose for a pic in our window cutout bc it was such a momentous day for us. The entire process was so personal and ... pleasant! On top of that, I value that they try to preserve whatever they can and work closely with Habitat for Humanity. I can't say enough good things, and I hope I have more window projects down the line, so I have an excuse to have everyone back. Thank you for making one of our house dreams come true!

Dave and Mike were the installers our new shower with sliding glass doors. There work was fantastic. The attention to detail went well over what could have been expected. They were very polite and courteous. We're very pleased with there work!

Both the Crew Manager Dave & his helper plumber Michael, were very talented skilled trade workers! They were very efficient in their providing a quick install of a very Quality bathroom 'Walkin Shower' facility, along with an 'exhaust fan/heater blower/light' unit & also a new recessed wall mounted 'Medicine Cabinet' install! The 'Crew Manager' Dave got our approval 1st, on everything that they installed in our bathroom! Also Dave gave both of us a tour review of their final installation work for our approval, before having us sign the work completion forms! We would definitely have this same "Mt. This was our first experience with Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling. Everyone treated us very well and our Bathroom Remodel turned out beautiful. Michelle was very kind, courteous and professional and always kept us informed. Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in picking out products and solving issues that almost always come up with a remodel. He helped with installing our toilet and medicine cabinet. Our Lead Installer, Andrew was fantastic. He was always on time, very respectful and a hard worker. His job was meticulous and we really appreciated his work ethic. The project was completed sooner than expected. We would recommend this company anytime.

We recently had two windows replaced in an upstairs bedroom, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Brian, our sales associate, was thorough and took the time to walk me through all of the options so I felt confident in our choices. Eric and Charlie handled the installation, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were personable, professional, clean, and efficient. The job was done quickly and with great attention to detail. I would request the two of them as installers a hundred times over. Highly recommend!

I am so pleased with my bathroom redo that Tom and Mike did for me. Very nice guys, always on time and worked hard every day. They did a wonderful job. Everything was explained before and thru the process and again when they were done. From the first phone call I made to this company to my finished bathroom it all was a pleasant experience. Mt.Pleasant window & Remodeling did a fantastic job installing our new patio door. By far the best experience we have ever had from start to finish. From the office ladies who kept us updated on our order to Eric and Josh who installed our door. They arrived on time and got started right away. We appreciated their attention to detail on all aspects of the job. From tearing out to clean up. Henry the project manager stopped by and also our sales rep Greg stopped in to see if we were happy with the completed project. Which we are. We love our new patio door and will be calling Mt Pleasant window again for the next project.

My master bath remodel team is awesome! Team manager Adam has outstanding communication skills in addition to his mastery of plumbing. Tom and Mike, my installers, have great respect for Adam. Tom and Mike showed up to my house as scheduled, covered all floors involved with heavy duty drop cloths. Thank you!! When the guys left my home at the end of each workday, the clean-up was meticulously completed. They even took all the boxes and trash away with them.They invited me into the work area to check out different install procedures and made sure that my shower bench, grab bars, shelves and shower head were all placed at my desired heights. I have nothing negative to report concerning my remodel project with Mt. Pleasant Remodeling. From my initial phone call to initiate my project, contract meeting with Greg, walk through with Adam, then the 6 day tear out/ install and my follow up phone calls, the communication and customer service has been stellar! **update below** Firstly, our salesman was great. Very polite and acted as he knew us forever. We had a great offer and accepted. It only took 3 months for our windows to be made and installed. The 4 days of installation was well worth the outcome. Henry, Joe, Matt, Derek, and Charlie worked diligently to get the project completed. They took out 6 sets of windows to make one big slider window in each space, and installed 4 regular windows. They made sure everything was perfect before leaving. They also put rags a plastic on the floors where they were working. The outside trim (we did black) is beautiful! Better than I ever expected. Our house looks like a different house now with these amazing windows! So we decided might as well finish the job and get our basement windows done too. We ordered 3 sliders and they were ready in a couple months. Joe, Derek, and Henry put them in in one day! They look amazing inside and out. Thank you Mt. Pleasant Window company!!
