My husband and I are definitely pleased with the service and quality!

I recently had 11 windows replaced from Mt. Pleasant Windows and Doors. My windows were originally installed 25 years ago from here. Over time some of the windows had air leaks. I called the service dept and spoke with Amy and she was so very very helpful. Someone came out checked all the windows, took pictures then sent the order into the company for replacement windows. . I waited a couple of weeks for my windows which was no problem, scheduled a time for the windows to be replaced. Darrell came and replaced all 11 windows. He was very good and very nice. He took his time explained what was going on, explained not to clean the new windows right away because of the seal. He cleaned up everything. I was 100% pleased with everything. I would highly recommend them. We have had 40 windows installed, siding, soffit and fascia, gutters and a new roof from Mt. Pleasant Windows and Doors. Again my husband and I are definitely pleased with the service and quality of everything.

In 2021 I Used Them For A Bay Window

This is my 3rd time using Mt Pleasant Window. I used them 30 years ago for all new windows in my old house. In 2021 I used them for a bay window. And they just completed replacing all the remaining windows and sliding glass door my house. This is a great company with great employees and products. They go above and beyond. I always recommend them to people and will continue to do so!

My House Is Over 200-Year-Old, So It Seems Like Everything Is Off By An Inch Or Two

I just wanted to let everyone know how outstanding Mt Pleasant Widow and Remodeling was. The owner Rich is so profession and respectful. It was amazing to watching him and his helper Nick install my gorgeous door. Please keep in mind my house is over 200-year-old, so it seems like everything is off by an inch or two. However, that was not a challenge for Rich and his team. They did this with easy and grace in my charming old house. Most of all, I would recommend Rich because he always was on time, and he went above and beyond his call of duty. I love my new door!!!
